&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Halaman baru&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tiliaya merupakan salah satu hidangan khas dari Gorontalo yang sering disajikan pada beragam prosesi adat di Gorontalo, khususnya acara doa arwah untuk orang yang telah meninggal dan juga pada saat sahur di Bulan Ramadhan. Tiliaya dulunya hanya dibuat menggunakan [[telur ayam]] kampung atau telur itik, tetapi kemudian seiring dengan perkembangannya, telur ayam petelur atau telur ayam ras juga mulai digunakan sehingga terdapat perbedaan cita rasa. &lt;br /&gt;

- 5 butir telur &lt;br /&gt;

- daun pandan &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- kayu manis &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

== Cara Pembuatan ==&lt;br /&gt;

# Haluskan gula aren kemudian dicampurkan dengan telur ayam dan dikocok hingga mengembang dan berbuih. &lt;br /&gt;
# Santan dituangkan sedikit demi sedikit secara bertahap sambil tetap dikocok sampai tercampur merata. &lt;br /&gt;
# Adonan dituangkan ke dalam wadah kemudian dikukus selama kurang lebih satu jam.&lt;br /&gt;
# Setelah matang, Tiliaya siap untuk disajikan kurang lebih 8 porsi.&lt;br /&gt;
