== Bahan dan Cara Pembuatan ==&lt;br /&gt;
Tekstur Pannawa berbeda dengan bubur jewawut utuh, karena bijinya ditumbuk hingga menjadi tepung sebelum dimasak.&lt;br /&gt;

;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;
* Ba&amp;#039;tan (Jewawut) 100 gram&lt;br /&gt;
* Gula merah 250 gram&lt;br /&gt;
* Jahe 1 batang (besar)&lt;br /&gt;
* Air 1 liter&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
;Langkah Pengolahan:&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Persiapan Ba&amp;#039;tan:&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; Rendam biji jewawut selama 1 jam agar lunak. Tiriskan, lalu tumbuk hingga halus menjadi tepung.&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Perebusan Gula:&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; Didihkan air dalam panci, masukkan gula merah dan masak hingga larut sepenuhnya.&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Pencampuran:&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; Masukkan tepung jewawut sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam air gula mendidih sambil terus diaduk cepat agar tidak menggumpal.&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Pemberian Rasa:&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; Parut jahe, peras dengan sedikit air, lalu masukkan air perasan jahe ke dalam adonan bubur.&lt;br /&gt;
